Mona Lizza's mission is to provide independent artists with the tools needed to become successful musicians. MLL will provide multiple venues for independent artists to perform original music while selling their own product. Every artist will be compensated for each performance. Our goal is to continually offer musicians opportunities for maximum exposure worldwide!

Please join us for an Open Mic After Work Affair on Friday, November 6th at the Rhythm Universe located at 14104 Greenfield/Grand River from 5pm - 9pm. Singers, dancers, poets and comedians welcome! Enjoy live entertainment, $3 dollar drink specials and great food. $5 cover/21 and up. Casual attire!!!

MLL will host the 32nd birthday of SKLFL THA FREE 1 on November 8th at the EDB Club located at 25 Grand River/Woodward from 5pm - 9pm. Many talented performers are featured along with Kenny Watson on guitar and SKLFL THA FREE 1 performing live!!!

Many auditions and competitions will be held all over the country through Mona Lizza's Lyrics. Artists are able to choose which competitions they're interested in auditioning for and enter. If auditioning, please bring a bio, picture and the instrumental version of what you plan to sing. $25 registration fee will be collected upon entering for participants. A $5 fee will be collected from non participants. The registration fee allows Mona Lizza's Lyrics to continue funding events that allow artists to display their original music and give back to the communities that the events are held in!!!

You can also enter any of our competitions online by emailing Mona Lizza your bio, a picture and the music you wish to be considered in mp3 format only at monalizza222@yahoo.com after submitting your $25 through the PayPal link below. All inquiries will be answered! Include the PayPal confirmation number in your email. If chosen, proof of copyright must be given.

By entering the contest, the artist gives Mona Lizza's Lyrics the right to use their info for promotions, advertisements and compilation CDs/DVDs. This will ensure that our artists get the maximum exposure country wide!

We are dedicated to helping independent artists be heard and be able to fund their own projects if they choose to. A short presentation specifically dedicated to helping independent artists be financially free will be presented before each competition starts. Being independent by choice can be difficult but it can be done. We can show you how!!

We also see the importance of bringing attention to worthy causes around the globe. We will donate a portion of the proceeds from each show to a special nonprofit organization! It's important that each person who takes interest in our wonderful movement understands that they're not just performing...they're changing lives!
